Hello again,.An "anti contest" clause is to prevent any heir from challenging the will or trust based on unfairness or because they think it is invalid, fraudulent, or a product of duress. It wouldn't apply to a beneficiary just requesting copies of paperwork as they have a legal right to request these as a matter of law. .So asking for copies of everything wouldn't trigger any anti-contest clause..thanksBarrister
