Hi Kathy,

...

I hold a JD (Juris Doctorate, a doctoral degree in the law), with concentration in Tax Law, Estate law & Corporate law, an MBA, with specialization in finance & tax, as well as CFP® and CRPS designations. - I’ve been providing financial, Social Security & Medicare, estate, corporate & tax advice since 1986.

...

Pleas accept the offer so that we can discuss this. Generally, you'll need to deal with the probate court in Colorado Springs and show that you are the spouse.. although there are no wills, the probate court still handles this through what are called "intestacy laws," (the statute law of a state that delineates who gets what in the vent of a death and no will)

...

I see records that indicate that Kinglomerate Ventures Inc., is a privately held company in Colorado Springs, CO, with it was established in 2007 and incorporated in Colorado. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of 130000 and employs a staff of approximately 2. Patrick O Kern is listed as principal.
