Thank you for your question. What exactly are you asking, i.e. what is your question? For example: "I am a beneficiary and I need to find out what the Executor is doing with the estate." OR "I need to see the will."

Ely, Do I have the right to view the previous will, to view transactions the deceased made within the last year. Like I said I think there was Undue Intent by the Friend/Ecexutor/Benificiary who is named with over half of the estate. What should we do? How can we avoid large legal fees
