This all happened in Indiana, correct?
The court will not invalidate a will without evidence that the testator was incompetent. If she was involuntarily committed due to Alzjeimer's that is evidence that she was not competent.
I am not allowed to give legal advice, only legal information. You can ask your brother's lawyer for a copy of the trust and say that you need more time to think, while you find an attorney who can review the wills and the facts and advise you.
