I received a power of attorney from my uncle and removed

Customer Question

I received a power of attorney from my uncle and removed money from his bank account.
which I divided with his nieces and nephews. To find out later that a doctor reported that my uncle was incompetent. My Uncle and I talked before the signing and I sensed no incompetency. The public notary ask him questions and he repeated yes to the signing.
Will I be held responsible for the withdraw return.
