Hello

Expert:  Infolawyer replied 1 year ago.

For a trustee to also be a beneficiary is not a conflict but could lead to one. If acts in your best interests and follows the trust, no conflict. If she is acting for her best interest instead of yours because of her conduct, it is a conflict and she should resign or be replaced.
