Customer Question

I sold a piece of property. Owned by LLC that is owned by family trust. The assets of my wife and I make up the trust. Do we have a 10,000 or 5,000 limitation in CA?

Can you please clarify the meaning of "limitation" in your question, because I'm not understanding the context.

Note: I'm a California lawyer, with considerable experience in family, estate and tax law -- but, I'm not following your meaning.
