Customer Question

i am sorry, i need to understand on additional matter please if the two brothers are listed as executors of the will and they decide they do not want to come to the probate hearing in north carolina, does that eliminate them from being executors and does
the court appoint a new executor, is that correct thank you again for your help in this matter

No worries. If they are not willing to appear in NC to appear at the probate court, then the court will deem them unwilling to serve and will appoint a new executor. If there is a successor executor is named in the will, that person will be appointed. Otherwise, the court will look to other familymember/beneficiaries to serve.
