Customer Question

Dear Sir, My dad died in december 2002. his wife of 2 years prior to his death, obtained letters of adminsitration on March 2003. he died in NYC, USA. She appeared to have placed everyting (bank accounts, property and land) i her name. My siblings and I want to pursue her for our property, land and bank accounts that were in our name but somehow she changed all titles to her name at the time. Porperty etc in Jamaica. Are we still within the staute of limitations as she received a court judgement to procedd as administrator to do this. Also we did not sign a waiver of citation. thanks
