My dad gave me a car when I was 18. He passed away 2 years

Customer Question

My dad gave me a car when I was 18. He passed away 2 years ago without signing it over to me. I have driven the car for 10 years. My dad owed money on the car and I was planning on paying it off. Before I could do that my sister paid a collections company $1000, and bought it. Do I have any rights to my car?
