Customer Question

My father had a will but it was never signed. I should of gotten a portion of his estate
back in 2001 but I didn't know. I thought I signed some papers giving up that right,
but I just found out I didn't sign those type of papers to my mother. I only signed papers
saying she could buy her house with her portion of the money. So, what happened to
my inheritance all these years? Can you help me?

Thank you for your question. Please permit me to assist you with your concerns. I will try to help here if I can. In what state did this occur? Do you know if the will was formally probated?
