My husband recently passed away, he had rented out a mobile

Customer Question

my husband recently passed away, he had rented out a mobile home (WE PURCHASED FOR OR SON TO LIVE IN) the park did not want any renters at the time sooo my husband put the name of the renter on the deed as if he were purchasing it instead of renting it, now I find myself in an awkward position(how do I get him out of there? we are the legal owners but he is on there as a registered owner?)Hes consistantly late on rent and now that my husband is gone, its even worse. please help! do I need a real estate lawyer?

So the deed is not in your name? How is the contract set up? Is there a contract?
