Executor wants to sell house that was left to live in

Customer Question

executor wants to sell house that was left for me to live in provided I stay there. The estate was supposed to pay upkeep on the house, which wasn't done. So the house was so run down that I moved. The estate owes me 23,000 things that was supposed to be paid by the estate. What do I do?

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can.
Are you saying that you paid $23K towards the house upkeep after the owner passed away?
Did the executor authorize you to spend this money on the house and state you would be reimbursed?.
What did the money go towards?
Did you pay rent while you were living there to the estate?
