My husband passed away, a succession was done, a car was left

Customer Question

My husband passed away, a succession was done, a car was left out of succession unintentionally. The car is paid for and has my name and my husband's name on the title.
The car was purchased in 2004 for my daughter, and I would like to put it into her name.
What do I need to do?

Thank you for your question. Please permit me to assist you with your concerns.
Is it possible for you to re-open probate, or you are seeking to bypass that if possible?
