we were divorced. will says everything is left to me its been 17 years. how much estimated does it cost for an attorney to draw up the paperwork? My daughter processed her own divorce and said I should be able to do it myself???

The will should have been probated immediately after your ex-husband died. it might not be valid any longer, depending upon whether or not your state has a time limit for probating wills. I think you indicated you wanted to sell the home, so you should contact a real estate lawyer who can research the title and tell you exactly where you stand.
