Customer Question

Even with minor children not being able to sign off on their part of will...they told us we had to put liens on our property until the children were of age to sign off so that the estate can be closed....we don't want to do that due to why do we have to
pay for something someone else promised and we didn't even get our full part of the inheritance. Is there another way out of this? Can a judge stop this process?
