If the Will names the the siblings specifically by name and does not say your children inherit if you predecease your mother then if you are dead when she dies your gift fails, it falls to the residuary of the estate and your siblings who are the other residuary beneficiaries inherit you share.
If the Will says to my children then living the same result applies.
But if the Will uses other terms such as my issue then your kids would get it.
