Sorry. Intestate succession is hard to map out in a typed thread. I may not have the succession fully mapped out and it certainly should not be relied upon to distribution.
If there where only 4 heirs at the time the deceased died then the 1/2 of maternal side is divided 4 ways. Deaths after the deceased only give the 1/4 share to the heirs of the 1/4 owner.
