2 wills..first from both parents, father passes 2nd..Mother. Daughter from Mother's first marriage made executor. Original will stated daughter from 2nd marriage was first in line of heirs. Executor tells Mom that her as executor is only on paper & all remaining items upon passing will be divided equally. Younger daughter made Power of Attorney. Mother developes cancer, has executor swear everything will be 50/50 and no husbands involved if dies. Mother dies, executor changes locks, doesn't want to make funeral arrangements, neglects homestead which results in pipes bursting. Files false claims with ins. & police claiming younger daughter broke into house causing damage.All false. Executor gave away, kept, and disposed of EVERYTHING in house with help of her husband. I have nothing from Mother or Father and family.Executor has been out of home 30+ years & cross-country, only returned when her stepfather died & she was hoping for money.Younger daughter was 12 and was raised by parents until her marriage 6 years later & still remained in home w/husband & children 4 more years. Executor is 9 yrs older then younger heir. What can be done? Brought Mom to executor for rehab & was never allowed to speak w/Mother til she arrived in hospital Mother had very bad bedsore when admitted and was made aware that weeks before she almost went into diabetic coma , which I was never told. Very angry with Mother and believe she was abused. Never allowed to church, store anything and told me that in hospital. Where do I stand? TY.
