I had to write a paper analyzing a questionnaire developed as part of a hypothetical business scenario. Part of the assignment was that I take the research questions in the hypothetical scenario, and write two hypotheses. Here are the research questions:
• Does the quality of service positively impact customer satisfaction?
• Are there negative impacts on customer satisfaction from consumer price perception?
These are the hypotheses I developed:
1. Customer satisfaction levels are positively affected by perceptions of the quality of service received.
2. Customer satisfaction ratings are negatively impacted when customers perceive price levels as being high or very high
I received low points on this element. I feel these are perfectly well-developed and testable hypotheses. I need someone to evaluate them for me.
