Customer Question

How do I find a date for a wedding that isn't an escort service?

Hi, and welcome to Just Answer.

If you don't want to attend the wedding on your own, and I agree that you should not use an escort service, as that could be dangerous, you might want to ask a good friend of the opposite gender, to accompany you. You can also ask a family member, like a cousin similar in age, etc., or if you have any siblings, perhaps a friend of theirs; if you ask around, you might find a 'friend of a friend' who would be happy to go with you. These suggestions would prevent you from attending alone, and you would not be asking a complete stranger to go with you.

I hope you are successful in finding someone suitable to take to the wedding!

Best regards,

These are all things I have thought of. I thought the answer would be a little more outside the original or obvious. Sorry, but I was a little disappointed.

Hello again, and thanks for your reply.

We have found most often, that including the things you have already thought of, either within your question and/or under the 'already tried' area, is most helpful in receiving a satisfactory answer. You wrote that you had tried 'nothing', so I was hopeful that some of my suggestions would be helpful; my apologies that you felt they were not.

Your question is now available to all experts to answer and I wish you only the best of luck.

Thank you Cher for your efforts and thank you for your best wishes. I thought the that by " what have you tried" meant actual like asking someone or something of that nature. I apologize for misunderstanding.

Hello again, and you are most welcome!

No worries, re: the misunderstanding.
