A copyright is something that you need to get permission to use, unless of course you created it (a song, movie clip, photos, etc.,)

If there is an audio dialogue you would like to use, you first need to find out who owns the copyright. This can be done by either paying the copyright office $150 per hour, or you can go to the copyright office yourself and search for free.
