I have to design a working subgrade for several CAT 966

Customer Question

I have to design a working subgrade for several CAT 966 Loaders and CAT 325 excavators. The client has a clean fine sand subgrade and wants to put down 6' of agg base. We are talking about cement treating the sand. How thick of soil/cement is enough? Possibly you may not be the right people to ask, do you know who is?
