Customer Question

Steel Sheet piling. If i have a PZ 40 sheet pile, the moment of inertia is in in4/ft. Per foot of what? The length along the face horizontally or the length along the depth? If it is 490 in4/ft and each "S" type section is 19.7inches, should i multiply it out to generate 490x19.7/12 to get in4 units? I need to input this into my L-Pile analysis by Ensoft!
