Can the thyroid affect blood pressure. i have had consistent readings of 65 to 55 on the bottom for months. blood work combines back in range for tsh 3.7

Thyroid hormones can affect the blood pressure.

But your diastolic blood pressure reading is not likely to be due to thyroid. Your TSH reading too is normal.

You would need echocardiography for the evaluation.

Some heart valve issues can cause low diastolic pressure.

I have been on Synthroid and then changed 2 years ago to Dessicated Thyroid (30mg/1xday) and was diagnosed with an under active thyroid 27 years ago. I am 55 year old Caucasian Female. I have been feeling unwell know for 6 months. My doctor has run various blood tests and it shows that my WBC is 3.7 (range 4.4-10.0) - run twice, once in October and again in November.
