Hello there.I am struggling with meds and thyroid function.
I am currently taking bio identical hormones t3/t4 105mg and got my blood results back
TSH 0.3
T4 5.3
T3 uptake 24
Free thyroxine 1.3
I have body aches and occasional anxiety attacks and bad depression but here is the problem:If I lower my dose, the tsh seems better but the t3drops too low and I get the same symptoms.
I feel pretty lost and am not sure how I can get my uptake and t3 up.When I was on 100mg my tsh went to 2.9 and I got anxiety and depression like crazy. Seems my tsh is best at 1-2 for me to feel normal.

it sounds like this 105mcg dose is what is right for you

TSH of 0.3 is right at the edge of normal

normal TSH is between 0.3 and 3.0 range

I know what most lab reports say is normal

you should make sure you have good discipline in taking your thyroid hormone

take it on an empty stomach, with no other medication or food for 30-45 minutes before and after you take the thyroid hormone medication.
