Is your blood glucose and your HbA1C well controlled with the metformin and Januvia?

Well I'd like to see it below 6.0 so I think your diabetes still needs some control

So were I your doctor I would refer you to an endocrinologist since there are other newer medications that can bring your diabetes into better control
