There are many different possible cause of fatigue, and the only way to feel better is find the cause of the fatigue. Intermittent A fib may be contributing to fatigue if the fatigue is only present when you are having A fib. But if the fatigue is present when you are not in A fib, then you would need further evaluation to find the cause of the fatigue.
