This is Dr. David

weight loss is complex and different for every patient.

you should get your vitamin D levels checked to first see if they are low .

low vitamin D can cause fatigue and depression type symptoms which can lead to lack of energy, lack of exercise and weight gain indirectly.

you should get your thyroid levels checked. low thyroid levels can cause low metabolism and weight gain.

you need to talk to your doctor about what you eat, get a calorie count

you may need to see an exercise therapist or trainer to help get you on an exercise program you can live with to help you loose weight.

it can take some time of improving your diet and regular exercise, but over time, you will lose weight and develop more muscles and get healthier.
