I have been taking 25 mcg Eltroxin for three weeks, my TSH is 11, should I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms?

Not necessarily.

You will not notice an imrpovemment most likely until your TSH is under 3 or 2, or even cone.

This could take six weeks or longer.

That is assessed every six weeks.

At six weeks, if no improvement, the dose is increased.
