I won't feel any improvement for 4 weeks?

You may see slow improvement but not significant improvement by then.

What is the best time of day to take the tablet?
Expert:  Dr Basu replied 1 year ago.

In the morning on empty stomach.

Then wait for at least 30 minutes to eat anything.

That helps with better absorption.

Best wishes
