This means two things

1)your fasting blood sugar is elevated. It is not at the diabetic level. It is prediabetic

2)fasting insulin is elevated. This means that you are making too much insulin and becoming resistent to it

So in a nutshell, you are on your way to type 2 diabetes if you don't make some serious lifestyle changes
