On 5/15/2015 My TSH Level was .06 Free T4 Level 1.02 Was

My TSH Level was .06
Free T4 Level 1.02
Was placed on .75Mcg Levothyroxine
Symptoms - Thinning hair, dry skin, anxiety, fatigue, & overweight
I work out 5 times a week and eat relatively healthy.
My TSH Level is .01
Free T4 Level 1.48
Currently Taking 138Mcg Levothyroxine once a day.
Symptoms - Dizzyness, anxiety, headaches, hot flashes & still over weight.
I also have a goiter & many nodules, biopsy concluded non-cancer
Upper Iodine Uptake scan was normal.
my Dr. has not checked my T3 levels or antibody levels.
The Nodule on my thyroid causes me sever pain through out the day & is continuing to get worse. My doctor only ups my dosage on my medication, but I feel now like she has reversed my hypo to hyper without fixing my problem

You are hyperthyroid according to the TSH

This is probably the reason for your current symptoms.

You can be overweight and be hyperthyroid.

You need to see an endocrinologist at this point.
