My wife is nearly 39 years old with TYPE 1 diabeties

My wife is nearly 39 years old with TYPE 1 diabeties diagnosed 4 years ago and also Throid problem. Shes taken THYROXINE medicine and recently checked blood test and doctor said her thyroid is good and all other blood tests are good.
But shes experimcing dizziness sometym along wid mild nausea and she did check the blood sugar level but that was fine so why its happening?
Itshappening once or twice fortnitely.

I will suggest you to get her EKG to rule out abnormal heart rhythm being reason of her dizziness , in young female patient this is important entity which should be considered so proceed with EKG and Holter monitoring .
