How can you diagnose my thyroid condition from such limited information. I only wanted to interpret my blood work report. TSH 38.48 - reference range 0.40-4.50 mIU/L

I didn't understand the reading. None of the symptoms of Hypo more Hyper?

Well - the TSH - is so high, this means that the Thyroxine levels in your body are very low - because this is a feedback mechanism between the pituitary and the thyroid gland - this is essentially something that is learned in medical school -
So, you essentially you have Hypothyroidism - and you do not necessarily need to have symptoms to have this diagnosis.
