Sorry about the employment. While Colorado has the rule to make said pay available immediately. A company is not in violation of law if so long as they pay the employee by the next scheduled pay day.
This is granted under law due to payroll costs for running a one-off final check.
Additionally, 2023 started a new rule in Colorado regarding deductions from your check--they only have a 10 day window.
