You have a number of options working at a large company like Walgreens. One of these is to look at your company handbook and find who handles reasonable accommodations and discrimination complaints, and contact that office.

That office will have a process in place to help you work with the office and your health care provider in making a request for reasonable accommodations to help you succeed in your job.

At the same time, it appears that you may have been the victim of illegal disability discrimination. You can file a complaint in-house, which is often the fastest way to resolve this type of matter.

Or, you can skip that, and file a complaint with both your state anti-discrimination agency and with the federal agency, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at EEOC.gov. I don't know what state you work in, or I would provide you with a link to the state agency.

Often, employees in a situation such as yours find it helpful to obtain a confidential consultation from an employment attorney who specializes in discrimination law. Since I don't know what state you're in, I'm unable to provide you with detailed information, but one starting point is NELA.org, a national organization of employment attorneys. When you call law offices, make an appointment as you would for a doctor. Don't cold call law offices and try to get an attorney on the phone to speak with you.
