VerifiedIf you can show " good reason " for quitting -- you can collect unemployment. What state are you in adn I can look up how they define it ( bc it varies with each state).
You can collect BOTH at the same time.
You will have to sue for age or disability ( or both) discrimination and that allows for emotional distress damages
social security does not count unemployment as earnings and so the amount won't be reduced
