I have been terminated, nothing signed, no exit interview, no termination agreement. Simply a telephone call from HR Manager stating that I was suspended pending and investigation by our HR manager. Several days later, I was informed that the "company" was severing my employment and that my direct manager would contact me to get property. That manager and I met exchanged property. When I asked the reason for my dismissal, she stated "violation of company policy".
