They were recently stolen, and my employer has pocketed the insurance money and left me hanging for the $30,000 replacement cost. It is a small (less than 25 employee) S-corp with husband and wife as co-owners. I think anyone would agree it was a reprehensible thing to do, but have they broken any laws?
