There were as many as 8 to 20 employees terminated from Express Scripts Inc. in Pueblo Colorado because of "integrity issues". When we asked a Supervisor what we should do with survey calls that were erroneously coming back to us to answer, we were not given any answer at all. There were approximately 1000 calls per month that we took, and maybe 2-4 per month would come back to us to answer. Our bonus was dependent on 1) Our attendance 2) Our knowledge of all types of programs Express Scripts handled 3) Adherence of our Schedules 4) The Survey scores the patient would give us. As you can see in the big scheme of things, answering 2-4 surveys per month would have little to no impact on our bonus. Another important fact is that others that were fired have been given unemployment benefits for wrongful termination and I was denied, even with an appeal. Please help me.… read more
