I live in Bryan, College Station Texas. I'm on salary based
I'm on salary based on a 40 he week. My boss is stating overtime, anything over 40 is expected. I work construction in the dirt part off it. He is saying if we get rained out that I'm to go to him for he find me something to do. I'm the only one he does this to. For instance I work 10 hrs on Monday and Tuesday get rained out on Wednesday then work 10 hrs again on Thursday and Friday that's not making up that 8 hrs rain day on Wednesday. Also I had a vacation day coming to me last year and I took it and he didn't pay me for it because he is saying I don't make up my rain days. Is he correct and can do that , Thanks David… read more
