I was hired 11/04/2019. I did not do any work for over 3 months because nobody filed for me to get access to the network. I was finally given a questionnaire to gain access the day before I hurt my leg from a previous surgery which triggered a nervous breakdown, and was mentally incapable of completely it which was used against me as reason for termination. I was out of work for 2 and half weeks. I also decided during this time now that I was speaking to HR that I would finally ask for basic things such as a parking pass, a temporary access card to the office and reported that I had been yelled at by a co-worker and confused why he had my name in a search box that was tied to medical records. The head of HR twisted this into saying I was explicitly accusing my co-worker of looking up my medical records when all I wanted in reality was clarity of the situation. I had provided two doctor's notes describing my mental illnesses, and asked for reasonable accommodation which they denied. I was told I lied about keeping in contact via email about when I would come back to work, and sent the emails that I sent proving I was in fact in communication the entire time to my boyfriend, the CEO, my boss, and security and head of HR. I went back to work Friday and complained that I was being treated poorly. Then my boss decided to fire me, as 10 minutes after the conversation, I received a call from my boss's boss that I was no longer authorized to be in the building. I explicitly asked if I were fired and he said no. I finally got into contact with HR today, and she told me I was lying about the doctors note, the emails that were sent to my boss updating my whereabouts, even about my 2nd personal email address which she accused that it was my boyfriend's email. I argued with her that this was wrong, and she said it didn't matter, that the customer doesn't want me there any more and that the termination was final, then hung up on me. … read more
