I was working as security officer part time,one mistake your fired was there policy. so one day this lady i was working with was bulling me or being harrased by her. For example she told me i was stupid , what is it dont understand she says tells me. so first part of morning she was rude to me just by her tune of voice, i was so nervous and frustrated. she was working her back from me, she turns around and says are you sleeping, and i said no. i asked her why she felt that i was sleeping, she said i was snoring. i told her i was just so nervous to work with her. so she files a compliant about me. so i told the supervisor all the rude comments and bulling. al

The environment was intimidating for that job site only. i felt i was walking on egg shells

Not sure we working on syncrude site, not sure how many people, but we were being divided to 2 people in each site

No i didnt, first nation people were fired because of one strike rule. other race they could make mistakes and not get fired. infact 2 native woman were being harrassed that individual who was harassing the native woman didnt get fired, and the harasser was not native.
