So it is possible that you have an employment discrimination claim; however, there are some important things to consider before EEOC or your state department of labor can conclude that you were discriminated against. The EEOC or your statement of labor would require proof that:

1. You were treated differently than someone of a different race or ethnicity:. EEOC/department of labor will ask what you know about the person whom you believe was treated more favorably than you.
