I have been working at Charleston Auto storage for two years…

I have been working at Charleston Auto storage for two years and two and a half months and I never received a paycheck I was asked to run their business by the owners as the lot manager. I am inquiring just some answers to my question. When I first start working here I was told to walk both sides of the storage lot after 3 weeks I was asked to start picking up trash the owner brought me a picker. I was told when I first started working here that I didn't have to work on Saturdays but within 3 weeks they wanted me to work Saturdays I work Monday through Saturday 9 to 5 no pay. After the owner gave me the picker to pick up trash he told me that I had to start raking the dirt where cars or trucks drive-thru on their premises. After that I was told to pick up stems branches whether they're big or smaller than my thumb. I have had racist comments taught me from their owners. I feel as though I am a slave because I was homeless and I was staying in a hotel and I had a part-time job they offered me this opportunity to help me get my life together but once when I moved in on the property everything changed can someone please call me

No, because the owners asked me to stay in the trailer that they have on their lot. And I will stay in the trailer pay no rent or water but I pay light bill. They have a little small office on the premises the lights that are connected to that small office is connected to my lights. And they don't give me money on that at all. I didn't mind coming here because I thought it was a good opportunity but once when I got here things changed and it's to the point where I have sprung my hip from picking up big logs that I was asked to remove off the premises I have sprung my knee, The only days that I don't work is Sundays Martin Luther King birthday Fourth of July Thanksgiving and Christmas. But if it's something benefiting them they will ask me to stay over 5 p.m. to keep their business open.

Neither, like I said I was homeless they knew about my situation and they offered me an offer that they knew that I would take. I did not know what I was getting into but I thought it was a good opportunity but once when I got on the premises everything changed. They curse me out they say racial slur to me they talk down to me like I'm a dog they treat me like I'm scum under their shoe. I recorded everything on my phone of what I do I have proof of all the lease agreements that I help people when they bring something on the lot. I also have 2 sheets of what the last employee had to do and it was nothing like the things they asked me to do. And the ex-employee passed away in 2017 and March and I thought working here December 8th 2017
