I was accused of being a bully, hostile, disrespectful to my coworkers, creating havoc in the mileu, not doing anything my charge nurses say and a number of other things. I was called to my interim managers office with her manager. She lied and said I said something I did not say. Then she said her staff said I was fussing in her mileu. But cameras will show I did not. I asked her how can someone come and spread lies about me without my confronting them. I asked what rights do I have. All she kept saying was I have a 3:30 meeting with Hr and whatever they say to do, I'll do. I only met this manager once, because she's new to our unit. And the charge nurse who I'm assuming may have said these things. Do not like me, because I confront her when she's asking me to do things against policy or rules. I am tired of being wrote up for things I didn't do. And this manager acts as if she's coming after my job. I dont know if it's because I have alot of seniority, so I dont get my pension. If I was all those things she wrote on the paper how could I have been here 16-17 yrs. Alot of my coworkers, charge nurses and other coworkers are writing reference letters for me right now. I'm still working, but awaiting what comes from the meeting to know my outcome on this. I need to know my rights in all of this. In the past, alot of my coworkers all reported me trying to get me fired. And because I was the only common denominator they took it as truth. I am not liked because I'm straight forward, no nonsense, alone, all about giving the best care to our patients. Most of our workers are lazy, only about a paycheck, so they get offended when I ask did they do they're job. I am a lead on the floor. I am here more than home working all the shifts.
