I have a simple question.. My company closed my department two week ago. Two weeks before I apply for a position promotion to a different department and location. With not knowing. they told me I would be starting on October 14 or the week of the 14th. I think the new position is more hourly pay much more. they change my date of hire cause management knows each other delaying my start date so I could stay here and help clean up. every one got laid off I'm the only one who got a job. The same day that they gave us the news they said starting today no longer department and you guys will get pay for three month starting today. two week ago. But because I have a job within the same organization they are keeping me here to finish up things. First they told us not to clock in or out we automatic going to get pay. So I didn't but I work overtime helping out with so much to do. And now they came back to change my hire date again until the October 28 and I;m not getting paid my overtime or starting my new position with my new hourly pay.
