I am a "at will employee" working for a school district in Texas 15 yrs. I have experienced bullying, yelled at in front of co workers and the public, i was single out, he gave me a job description and told me to add any other job dutes, sign and return to him. He pointed out some duties that were on the list but I have never done, he wrote me up, interferes with my daily job duties, expects loads of duties to be completed asap with no one else helping. I asked for his assistance because a rep from our time keeping system needed to speak to him about implementing policy so payroll can run correct, he refused to speak to rep and payroll fail, I left work having an anxiety attack, and shaking.
