Here's the situation: I have filed unemployment claim
I have filed unemployment claim benefits for the state of Virginia on 08/07/2018. I have received a letter of monetary determination (Determination by Deputy: VEC651) via mail today, stating: Benefits denied. I am attaching following documents with this letter of appeal: 1.My letter to VEC for initial claim 2.W2 forms for 2016 and 2017 3.Letter of severance from Siber Systems Inc dated December 2016. 4.Front and back of my permanent residence card. I am actively looking for employment, have filed the weekly claim benefit on 08/12/2018, and will continue to file weekly claims as outlined in the unemployment benefits claims procedure. With due respect, I am filing this appeal to see if you can reconsider my situation. this… read more
